Great service and I would recommend.
Great communication made the whole process quick and effective. The installation date was agreed and the guys turned up on the day and on time. The Ohme charges was fitted and it was a nice tidy job. The guys cleaned up and left no mess at all. Very happy with the service.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. After initially contacting Smart EV at short notice to get a Ohme HomePro charger installed, I was given a confirmed installation appointment date within a couple of weeks which was much quicker than the lead time estimated by my home electricity provider! Donna Rothwell kept me regularly updated with progress and timelines, and the installation was installed on the agreed day and time to a very high standard. I subsequently received a follow up email checking everything was ok, along with the verified installation certificates. Highly recommend Smart EV - friendly, professional service from start to finish!

EV car charger installation - highly recommend
Recommend this company for EV car charger installation. From the initial contact with Donna Rothwell through to the installation of the charger, the service has been excellent and stress free. Donna guided me through the process and is always prompt in communications. The two people who installed the charger at my home were pleasant and have done a tidy job. Highly recommend.

The whole process from ringing in the request to the 2 Engineers working 4 hours in freezing conditions (and still smiling) was perfect. Should say ours was a complicated install with a garage 40 meters from the meter!

Professional from start to finish
Professional from start to finish. Very prompt service as I had purchased the car only the day before (snap decision) and the fitting was arranged for the same week (Andersen are built to order, so pleased with the turn around). The Andersen charger is nice and compact and functions as expected. Alistair was very professional throughout (he even hoovered under my stairs where the consumer unit is fitted). Would recommend Smart EV.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
I had my EV charger fitted this week and the whole process from start to finish couldn't have been more straightforward. Donna was brilliant — she took the time to talk through all the charger options and clearly explained the differences, which made choosing the right one really easy. Getting a quote was simple and all done through my phone. The team even helped me book an installation date before I had my car delivery confirmed, and were completely flexible in moving it once I had the final delivery date. I was kept fully updated with delivery and installation times, and the electricians on the day were fantastic. Very impressed with the service — highly recommended.

This is a very professional company
This is a very professional company! Our initial call with Donna set the standard as she was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions with no problems whatsoever. Installation was arranged to happen within just a few days which was brilliant for us. The weather on the installation day was awful but the engineers weren't daunted and did a first class job and kept us informed and updated as to how things were going. They were keen that the installation would be ideal for our requirements. The system has been operational for well over a month and works perfectly. We are delighted with the job and have no problem whatsoever in recommending this company.

Donna, in the office, provided great customer service both on the phone and by email, ensuring any problems or questions were solved quickly and with minimal of fuss. The engineer's who came to provide me with my car charger, were kind, courteous, and tidy. My overall experience was a good one and I would recommend.

From start to finish truly professional
From Start to Finish truly professional service. Started with a Voicemail I'd left over the weekend, Donna Tel me 9.00am Monday and started the process, received the Quotation which was more than satisfactory as mine wasn't quite straight forward but nothing fazed them. Alistair completed the Installation in just over half a day, perfect neat job. Very very happy I would have no hesitation in recommending Smart EV. Thank you very much.

Contacted Smart EV for EV charger
Contacted Smart EV to enquire about installation of a EV charger. In the first instance Donna was my first contact she did all the work and arranged for someone to come out to survey the site after this they came back to me with a cost and recommended best charger for me. Price was very competitive engineer came out and did the work one week after very clean and tidy job would definitely recommend Smart EV to anyone looking for installation.

From start to finish, my experience with Smart EV was exceptional. The office team responded promptly to arrange a quote, and the digital form provided was clear and user-friendly. When I needed amendments to the quote, they were handled swiftly. The installation was scheduled to fit my availability, and the team arrived on time. Professional service throughout
I was given details of a number of providers by my EV supplier. Only Smart EV asked for photos of the power supply area and fitting location. When asked, they assured me that I could have the charger fitted where I wanted i.e. inside the garage, not just on the house outer wall, which was what all of the other suppliers wanted to do. When the relevant supply safety checks had been completed, they speedily gave me an appointment time and date. The installation team arrived promptly and made sure that my requirements were met, while doing a neat and tidy job. The whole process was smooth and efficient, a professional outfit that can be thoroughly recommended for both workmanship and price. Thank You Smart EV!

Outstanding Professional Company
From my initial contact with Smart EV I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. They handled everything, the application with my energy provider and the installation impeccably. They absolutely bent over backwards to schedule the installation of my Zappi 7.0 kw charger to fit in with my diary which was changing virtually daily. The install and operational tutorial was seamless. The technician was super efficient and very helpful. Certainly I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 STARS!!

Unreserved recommendation.
Choice is not always a good thing. I was bewildered by the options and choice available and ended up with exactly what I wanted because of the patience and professionalism of this company. No pressure, no sales promotions. My numerous questions were answered and my charger was fitted within weeks of placing an order. Alistair and Declan are a credit to the company and my Andersen 2 and Konnect app are working perfectly and look amazing. The charger actually enhances the property and is an asset. Thank you to the entire team.
